"in her collages consisting in writing, drawings and photographs, anke göhring describes something that doesn`t exist: sounds that are inaudible, monkeys in the zoo subjected to iq tests, the movement of animals and the subdivision of landscape into territories. her material comes from scientific publications and pretends to examine scientifically the laws which do not govern suburban gardens, playgrounds and park paths."
